To advance your ProSomnus EVO or EVO select device, follow the guide below. Use the corresponding L (Lower) or U (Upper) tray to create the desired position.

U0/L0 - Neutral (starting) position
U0/L1 - 1MM
U2/L0 - 2MM
U2/L1 - 3MM
U4/L0 - 4MM
U4/L1 - 5MM

During your adjustment period you should be adjusting about once per week.

If you device breaks
call our office right away at

Save all the pieces of your device, so you will be able to use your warranty if you are elible.

Do NOT continue to use the broken device. Wait until we can get a correctly fit replacement.
